Monday Morning

Monday morning, back to the R L office grind. 5 sessions last week, got alot done for the 4th. upcoming R L album tentatively to be called "Changes" last week. So we are excited and feeling good in the R L camp. Gonna be working on some more new material for the next sessions and live shows getting the vibes out to you. This week we have Sandbar in Cocoa Beach, Fla. on Friday Aug. 21 and a special acoustic show on Saturday afternoon Aug. 22 at Gaspars Grotto in Ybor city, Fla. Check the R L myspace page for exact times.

Also keep checking the R L website and myspace page for tour dates as we will be getting back on the road across the US this fall and adding dates for that. We will also be adding some new songs to the R L podcast so be on the lookout for that. Remember Roots, Rock, Reggae For Iver!!!!!
