Thoughts from Danny Dred aka Rising Lion about the first Presidential primary debate in South Carolina last night.

The Republicans and Fox news are a joke! They seem to forget that it was under their watch and policies that we got into all of this , budget deficit, wars, recession etc. The american people had better take a good and earnest look at what is transpiring in our country.

Had to turn the laptop back on. Why do I feel that South Carolina Republicans and myself , dont even live in the same country? Healthcare for everyone is wrong? If you believe in equality in opportunity, education, healthcare , then you are a socialist? Really?

How much socialism was prevalent when they annexed land from Native Americans, and Slavery was in full swing! Was there equal opportunity then, and and should we all have been judged, accepted or denied for opportunity, education, healthcare by what we truly deserved? If so, our modern times would be very different.

It is inconsistent with our constitution and beliefs to entertain such rhetoric.
